Del Mar Buffet
Served with the "Fajita Buffet"
Add four fresh jumbo gulf shrimp, butterflied and stuffed wuth Monterrey Jack cheese and a mild slice of jalapeno for flavor. They are wrapped in bacon, skewered with fresh vegetables (squash, zucchini, red bell pepper), grilled and basted with our Mexican garlic butter souce.
Add four of our baby back ribs and the name changes to the "Mixed Grill".
Enchilada Buffet
Three chees enchiladas topped with your choice of sauces (chilli gravy, queso, ranchero, sour cream) served with Spanish rice and refried beans. (Sub beef, chicken or combo)
Guadalajara
A 10 ox. ribeye cooked to perfection and four bacon-wrapped shrimp, butterflied and stuffed with Monterrey Jack cheese and a mild slice of fresh jalapeno for flavor. Served with Spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and a copita of our Mexican garlic butter.
Pacifico Buffet
No fajitas but eight of our Del Mar style shrimp served with Spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, copita of our mexican garlic butter souce, and fresh flour tortillas.
San Juan Buffet
Served with the "Fajita Buffet".
Add four of our tender baby-back pork ribs dry-rubbed in Mexican spices with a touch of brown sugar, slow cooked to perfection and smothered in our homemade barbecue sauce.
Snapper Yucatan
A 10 oz. fresh fillet of Gulf Red Snapper lightly seasoned and pan fried topped with sauteed shrimp, crawfish tails, mushrooms, and a creamy white wine cheese suace. Served with Spanish rice, refried beans, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
Surf - n - Turf
A 7 oz. Australian rock lobster tail lightly seasoned and a 10 oz. ribeye cooked to perfection. Served with Spanish rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, and a copita of our Mexican garlic butter.
The Fajita Buffet
Includes charboiled beef, chicken, or combination, served with grilled bell peppers and onions, refried beans, Spanish rice, pico de gallo, guacamole, shredded cheeses, and fresh flour tortillas.
